  Own Web Now actually manages dedicated servers. The word "managed" has lost a meaning lately so allow us to be specific: We patch your system when security updates are relased. We establish backup policies and verify that we can restore it. We setup a geographically redundant off-site backup storage, monitor the system, establish QoS and security policies.

Each facility has a Cisco PIX firewall directly in front of it with the ability to add on ISA 2004 or IPCop firewall for additional control.
